  • Software Developer

  • Focusing on current technologies such as C#, Angular, and Electron, I am growing my skills of the full stack in software development. After working jobs dealing with technology hardware and design, I'm getting back onto my path of programming! In my transition to software I’m looking to keep a growth mindset and learn all I can :)

Purrfect Pals Adoption

This cat adoption tracking website uses APIs from animal shelters to show you pals in nearest to your zip code! It takes data from each cat to give you a price range estimate. You can also set up an account through Google to save pets, take notes, and send the cutest cats to a leaderboard gallery!

  • This project was made with Abilena Thomas and Jessie Whiting, and our repo is here.
  • We used C# for our internal API and getting OAuth tokens
  • Angular as our web framework
  • SQL our accounts, shelter data, and cutest cats list. Hosted on Azure.

The internet is a very volatile place - everything you don't want saved gets saved - but somehow that YouTube video you've always been looking for ended up privated! There are already some great command line and GUI tools to download videos in any mix of video and audio formats, but viewing them? Quite tedious.

I'm currently blocking out a project in Electron with a great library for scanning user files called Chokidar. It gives the advantage of being more effecient than node.js' built in file system watcher while also reporting full paths + filenames on all platforms!
